XLIF for central disc herniation at L2 L3

This patient had chronic low back and bilateral leg pain due to a large central disc herniation causing chronic low back and bilateral leg pain.

Patient underwent XLIF at L2 L3 followed by posterior fusion with interspinous plate with BMP with total blood loss of 75cc. Truly minimally invasive procedure!
